We stayed at Goose Island SP. Great place. Oystercatchers, Goldeneye,
Redheads, Turnstones, White Pelicans, more... There were six adult and one
juvenile Whooping Cranes in a small marsh near the Big Tree outside the
park, visible from 8th Street. I don't know if they'd still be there.
