[texbirds] Red Phalarope, Hudspeth County

I have heard that McNary Reservoir along I-10 in Hudspeth County had a Red
Phalarope last Sunday. Does anyone have more info on this sighting? It
seems to have slipped under the various Rare Bird Alert radars that I
follow.
I have received 17 replies to my butterfly RFI, and am attempting to absorb
all the wonderful information, and will be putting out a more thoughtful
reply to summarize the recommendations and thank everyone.
