Today Joyce Davidson drove Patricia Heirs who had her birthday yesterday
Happy Birthday a day late Pat and myself to Boca Chica beach and we
went both ways. Thanks to Michael Marsden for posting the Lesser
Black-backed Gull it was a new Texas bird for all of us. The three of us
got to see it thanks to Joyce Davidson who was the first in the group to
find it. We had 8 or 9 Red Knots one of which had a light green tag on
the Left Tibia which had 8NL on it does anyone know where to look to
find out where to report this? It was a great day of birding with good
friends and good birds!
