[texbirds] RGV Green Parakeets

Although hesitant to post this nearly a week later, it is worth checking for
those still in the Valley. Twice, the first time on January 1, and the second
time on January 4, very large congregations of the parakeets were seen at the
intersection where Business 83 crosses under Hwy 83. Heading toward Bentsen SP,
there are small houses on the right, and an auto repair on the left. They were
on the line on the side with the auto repair and literally weighing down the
palm tree in front of the house on the right (west or north side?) .
