Some friends of mine reported there is a roost of green parakeets behind
their downtown shop on Jackson Street in Harlingen. Between 2nd and 3rd
streets in the alley between Jackson and Van Buren. While you're there grab
a juice at their place!

Dove St. or further north at the Target shopping center. Last night I only
found about 25 birds at the north end of the Target shopping center along
with the thousands and thousands of grackles. Are the parakeets gathering
