Hi, all!
Took visiting birders Linda and Evan and Linda and Bill out this morning to
Quinta Mazatlán and Old Hidalgo Pumphouse for some local birding; nothing
out of the ordinary, but had fleeting looks at both Green Parakeets and
Red-crowned Parrots at Quinta (plus Clay-colored Thrushes coming in to the
feeders), and a great look at an Ani at OHP, along with a Black Phoebe
family and flyby Monk Parakeets with nesting material! Pictures are on my
