It was a beautiful morning of birding - the weather nearly felt like fall, with a cool breeze and everything! Clay-colored Thrushes continue to be easily seen, feeding young and feasting on anacua berries. One of our Common Pauraques made an appearance back along Bougainvillea Lane again this morning - they move from spot to spot in the park it seems. All the regular residents were active, and a lone Long-billed Curlew whistled mournfully as a flyover (they forage on the adjacent golf course). Not many migrant birds to speak of. Full list below.
