[texbirds] Purple Gallinule - Late Report

Just getting set-up here on South Padre Island. Yesterday, at the
Convention Center boardwalk, the immature Purple Gallinule was sunning
itself in the open along the boardwalk between the two east pools.
A Neotropic Cormorant was also seen at the bay end of the boardwalk --
our first on the island.
