[texbirds] Playas north of Panhandle

Just passed by the playas north of Panhandle on 207. Each of them had a few
good birds - I didn't stop.
The first one had quite a few White-faced Ibis. The second playa had 8 Black
Tern and many ducks. The third had some ducks including Ruddy.
Perhaps someone could spend some time out there And kick out some good birds.
