Here are a couple of pictures of the Golden-crowned Warbler from 1/17 in
Refugio. We saw it between 12:45 and 1:00 pm on the trail between the
walkway
where the Tanager has been seen so many times and the next gazebo down. It
flittted around sometimes on the ground and then up in a tree a few feet
off the ground. It finally flew diagonally across the trail and we all
lost
it from there. Unfortunately we had a deadline to be back in Houston and
left from what it sounds like just a few minutes before the Tanager came
out.
Oh well maybe another trip.
