I don't think anyone seriously desires to remove accepted records because
the evidence did not include a photograph.  Any reasonable person will
accept any evidence on its own merits.  There is no reason not to take a
photo.  There is no reason not to take detailed notes and make sketches.
 We should encourage all to obtain as much documentation as they are able
and willing.
