This is no old, 'tongue in cheek' saying and the correct usage is "Pics or it
didn't happen".
It's a contemporary internet meme, typically used in a derogatory fashion -
generally by teenagers - and I, for one, am not the least bit impressed.
I am not, for example, aware of a single photographically documented record of
Lesser Prairie Chicken in Cochran, Terry, or Yoakum counties - guess those need
to be pulled from the breeding bird survey records, eh?
