  Thanks for all the private replies and support. It is all going to be
OK...I am just going to be not able to salvage any dead bird you find
anymore unless you have a permit nor is any sub-permitee. Thanks to all the
uproar.  I am sorry as are the collections.  That is all I am going to
say.  No need to drag this on.
