[texbirds] Palacios Gray Kingbird

The bird was still actively working both sides of the road running from
Business TX 35 to the Texas State Marine Educational Center at 4 PM. Most
activity was from junction with Business 35 along the next 150-200 yards on the
road leading to the Marine Center. Favorite perch was telephone wires or
fenceline on the left of the road.
