[texbirds] Painted Redstart, Black and Surf Scoters at Aransas NWR

The Painted Redstart continues near the visitor center at Aransas. 14 Black
Scoters with 2 Surf Scoters were near the fishing access point at Dagger Point
late this afternoon. No sign of the Long-tailed Ducks.
