The longer you watch the more new things you see. I have been watching the feeders at Kleb Woods now for 7 years. In June House Finches began to frequent our feeders and have been present daily since the first of June. This week a single Brown-headed Nuthatch has visited a feeder at the side of the nature center. The first ever at one of our feeders. Also since Wednesday of this week a flock of about a dozen Nutmeg Manikins has been frequenting the vegetable garden. Please join our first Saturday Bird Walk tomorrow Aug 3. It is from 8-10 and begins at the nature center. Come see what discoveries you can make.
