No Jabiru this morning. Wide search of the area did not result in the bird
being relocated. Lots of disappointed birders though other fun birds around.
Good birding!

Texbirders--Just heard from Ron Weeks who is waiting until dusk just in case
for the return of the jabiru--apparently no one has seen it since late this
morning............Skip's Almoney's ebird report has the Jabiru flying south
from the original location-and his list was from 9:45--10:45--so likely the
jabiru has been AWOL since 10:45AM today Aug 25...................Four of us
are heading down to the area anyway very early tomorrow and plan to roam
around a bit--please post /text/call around quickly if the bird is refound so
those in the area can go find it--we will do the same if we find it---similar
to what we collectively (successfully) did for each other to refind Justin
Bosler's common crane earlier in 2016....................Hopefully the Jabiru
is still in the area somewhere! .................................
