Sounds a bit like Upland Sandpiper's flight call.

Subject: [texbirds] Mystery Call - Fort Hood
Hi all,
I am working with Golden-cheeked Warblers in Fort Hood, TX. Nearly every
day on the field site I hear a call that I have not been able to figure
out. The main problem has been it is usually only given 2 or 3 times, thus
not allowing me to track it down or get a recording. However, today I
finally whipped out my phone in time to get a low quality recording. The
call is a short, bubbling phrase. It vaguely reminds me of an Ash-throated
Flycatcher, but I have been hearing this call for over a month and have
yet
to see an Ash-throated Flycatcher, plus I have not heard any of the other
variations of Ash-throated calls I would have expected to have heard by
now. I have even heard it occasionally in the dark several hours before
sunrise. I have linked to a poor quality recording, it calls at around the
2 second mark (not the Black-crested Titmouse or White-eyed Vireo).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
