[texbirds] Mountain Plovers - Matagorda County - Citrus Rd sod farm

The Mountain Plovers have returned to the South Citrus Rd sod farm in Matagorda
County. This afternoon at 2:30, there were 5 Mountain Plovers feeding in the
field in the NW corner of the sod farm.
The birds were initially resting in a slightly taller strip of light brown
grass that runs east-west through this field. Only their heads were visible
while resting. A scope will be very helpful if the birds are resting.
