[texbirds] More Dove stuff

First Thanks Shirley for bringing this this up, I am sure it was not your
intent....second to may "rings" and "collars", I get confused...So Capicola
Ring-necked Dove) retains it's place as a separate species correct and is a
viable exotic for those who keep state exotic species lists ??:-)...That is
of course unless Eurasian Collared take a shine to them here...Jack allows
this genus tends to slept around a lot...I am not in a position to dispute
that, but I never noted it when I had the two former species in captivity.
