[texbirds] Male Painted Bunting in Utley area

Yesterday a team on the Lost Pines CBC sighted a male Painted Bunting at the
Utley Cemetery. This was about 3:30 PM on the fence line to the west as you
enter the main body of the cemetery. This is a confirmed sighting as three
of the team made the sighting.
