Whilst running errands I visited Leroy Elmore Park (highlights 2 Great
Egrets, 7 Snowy Egrets, 6 Cattle Egrets, and 1 Green Heron), Dupree Park
(highlights 1 American White Pelican, 2 Great Egrets, and 3 Snowy Egrets),
and Maxey Park (highlights 1 Snowy Egret and 1 Forster's Tern).
A possible first for my yard: a male Dickcissel singing from atop the
tallest pecan and taking seed at the feeder.
