Posting for a fun group of 8 birders! Many thanks to Warren Pruess for
locating and re-locating the Duck and getting us all on it.
A Lifer for 6 and a great Duck to see for all! The Long-tailed Duck was
seen in the earlier reported location around 5pm today. It was in a large
raft of Scaup with some Ruddy Ducks. A Bald Eagle stirred up the ducks a
little but the Long-tailed Duck remained in the thick of the Scaup until the
Eagle finally sent them all flying. Great views with scopes.
