[texbirds] Long-tailed Duck, Painted Redstart at Aransas NWR

One basic plumaged long-tailed duck was scoped this evening off the Heron Flats
Trail observation deck mixed with lesser scaup, common goldeneyes, and a few
horned grebe. The painted redstart is still active near the visitor center. A
winter wren and Virginia rail were calling from the Rail Trail area.
