These gulls were still present & gratifyingly co-operative at Boca Chica
beach around noon yesterday (18th) - Dan Jones's Little on the flats on the
north side of the Rio Grande outlet and the Glaucous on the beach about 300
yards south of the Hwy 4 exit. And many thanks to Mary Gustafson for
earlier getting our group on to the former while it was on the Tamaulipas
side of the river - apparently only the 2nd record of Little Gull for
Mexico.
