[texbirds] Lesser Black-backed Gull in Rockport

I observed a Lesser Black-backed Gull in non-breeding plumage in Rockport
around 3:00PM today. The bird was with some Laughing and Ring-billed Gulls on
the mudflat area just to the left of the building near the far end of the road.
