[texbirds] Least Terns in trouble

Hello all,
A wind farm is going up in northern Wilbarger county, well within 5 miles of
the Prairie Dog Fork of the Red River. This area of the river is home to a
nesting colony of Endangered Interior Least Terns.
I sent the Feds an email last week, and have yet to hear anything back. Any
help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
