Thanks to the great tip, I headed to Lake Wichita this morning. I found the Sabine's Gulls and found 2 Red Necked Phalarope.

I went to the end of Fairway Blvd, to the south end of Lake Wichita Park. I arrived around 10:30.  The birds couldn't have been easier. I could have parked sideways and just looked from the car. The Phalarope were kind of hanging around close to each other, but at times, there was quite a bit of distance between them. They stayed relatively close to shore so were only present in Wichita County.

The gulls were the only 2 gulls or terns I saw while there. Both were on shore, close together. I saw both birds eat. About 11:30 or so, they decided to fly around so I could get good looks at their wing pattern. They were also kind enough to fly out far enough to be in Archer County. They periodically landed in the water. They looked healthy and in no distress.  While they were away from shore, there were times they were hard to locate if I took my eye off them.  At least one was always visible if I looked long enough.

Moving down to the shore gave distant views to the west where there were many birds. Best estimate on Avocets was 380 and about 50 Black Necked Stilts. Egrets, Great Blue Heron, White Pelicans, various Sandpipers all in good numbers. 10 Solitary Sandpiper seemed noteworthy and ironic since 8 of them were kind of together. There were many birds down there that remained unidentified so there could be some other gems out there waiting for the next birder.

Looking back to the east the shore still had lots of birds, but was kind of anti climactic after the west side.

I didn't find the Nuthatch and didn't go looking at Arrowhead for the Common Terns.  My only Warblers were Yellow.

In the last two days have seen Juvi Red-headed Woodpecker, Nashville, Wilson's and Yellow Warblers, several Hummers, Olive-sided Flycatcher and Summer Tanager.  Bunch of varieties on Lake...did not see Sabine's Gulls.
