[texbirds] Lake Travis parks (Travis County) 1/5/13

In the spirit of the Texas Local Patch Challenge, I got out and explored some 
new spots within my 7.5 mile-radius circle on 1/5/13.  It ends up that I have a 
good slice of the east side of Lake Travis, an area that I would normally 
probably avoid because of all the people as well as the somewhat steep day use 
fee at the parks.  I ended up hitting Bob Wentz/Windy Pt., Cypress Creek, and 
Sandy Creek parks.  Anyway, with Lake Travis, my circle contains some deep 
water habitat as well as a good chunk of Hill Country habitat.  Highlights were 
Common Loons and a handful of Forster's Terns on the lake.  The mass of 
Ring-billed Gulls was interesting, but try as I might I could not pull out 
anything unusual from the mass of gulls.  The water is way down at Cypress 
Creek and Sandy Creek parks, but Cypress Creek was good for sparrows and I got 
Rock Wren and Rufous-crowned Sparrow at Sandy Creek.  Full lists are provided
