After spending the weekend in the Davis Mountains, Veena Mohan and I stopped by
Lake Balmorhea (Reeves Co.) late morning on 9/3/13. Our list of birds is
included below. Also, just outside of the town of Balmorhea, we had a flock of
52 White-faced Ibis feeding in a field.
