[texbirds] Id Help for dark-eyed cowbird or blackbird

On Tues, Sept 25, Betty and I observed a flock of dark-eyed cowbirds or
blackbirds at Edinburg Wetlands in Edinburg, Texas. The dark eye on the
birds do not match any blackbird or cowbird in the field guides that should
be in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
Is the bird seen at the link below a Shiny Cowbird that has strayed from
Florida?
