I forgot to include that we also saw a Pine Warbler at Hermann park. Most of the great birds at Hermann were at the back fence of the Japanese Garden. He was joined by an Orange-crowned Warbler. The Orange-Crowned Warbler spent a lot of time on the hummingbird feeder checking for bugs. 40 - 50 American Goldfinches and flocks of Cedar Waxwings in the Sycamores. Went to Hermann Park Sunday morning and saw Cardinal, Blue Jay, Mockingbird, Ruby Crowned Kinglet, Orange-Crowned Warbler, Blue Grey Gnatcatcher, Downy Woodpecker, Black Bellied Whistling Ducks, Chickadee. Everyone kept asking us if we had seen the Eagles. It was great that so many people (non-birders) had read about them and were looking. Will have to go back in the afternoon for a look.
