[texbirds] House finch eye disease

I noted a female house finch with severe conjunctivitis near our feeder
today. (She died a short time later.) Unfortunately the disease has
spread to Texas. I emptied the feeder and will clean it thoroughly with
soap and bleach so that the disease is not spread to other birds.
