[texbirds] Hidalgo co Long-tailed Duck

I walked around Santa Ana today where the biggest surprises were a grungy
Warbling Vireo and a flyover Eastern Bluebird. What was meant to be a quick
stop at Donna Reservoir was lengthened by large numbers of Aythya of all 5
species. Best bird by far was a Long-tailed Duck in with the Aythyas.
