A friend and I tried this morning, unsuccessfully, for the Hammond's
Flycatcher in Williamson County (Dickerson's Bottom Fishing Access in San
Gabriel WMA). We were there from 10am-noon and didn't see or hear any
flycatchers. It probably didn't help that heavy rains moved through the
central Texas area about 4-5am today, or the wind was blowing 20mph with
much stronger occasional gusts.
