Texbirders,
Today (11/28/14) I birded the area from the county roads southeast of Thrall to
the area around Granger Lake in eastern Williamson County. The main highlights
of the 73 species observed included two adult Bald Eagles perched in a tree at
the Site Number Seventeen Reservoir on CR 473 and at least 26 Mountain Plovers
in the field SE of the CR 347/CR 378 intersection.
