[texbirds] Galveston and Texas City Dike 2/18/13

Well Jan and I went for the Rough-legged Hawk today and dipped on it. We
were there from about 10:30 to 12:30 or 1:00 and no hawk.
Left and went to the Texas City Dike for the Glaucus Gulls and you guessed
it. Dipped on them also!
The highlight from the dike though was all the Eared Grebes feeding and the
banded Piping Plovers and American Oystercatchers. Oh yea and running into
Fred Collins!
