Another great day for birding on the refuge. Highlights included 50 Little
Blue Heron, great views of the Sprague's Pipit and 1 lone Cattle Egret. We
were able to compare Great Egret and Cattle Egret almost side by side. A
good study of these two white egrets. The number of Dowitchers seem to
increase daily.
Tours are filling fast; call for reservations and information

Tours Thursday through Monday. Visitor Center is closed Tuesday and
Wednesday but the refuge is open with self check in station.
