We stopped at Starr County Park in the late morning--note that this is "signed" as Falcon County Park. Things were very green, and although the birds were getting a bit quiet, we did end up with good looks at Black-throated Sparrow, a singing Pyrrhuloxia, and a Greater Roadrunner perched in a tree, singing its slow song.
