Crimson-collared Grosbeak was the highlight for the bird walk this
afternoon at Laguna Atascosa NWR. Bird was calling softly near the overlook
and we had great looks near the alligator trough.
Altamira Orioles always produce many ooohs and aahs from first time
visitors as do the Green Jays that we take for granted any more.
Flushed the Common Pauraque so we didn;t get a good look at that one.
