[texbirds] Franklin's going past Smith Point

Hi all:
Though I've counted just one raptor so far today (9:51 am), I've had six flocks
of Franklin's Gulls, mostly heading west, totaling 362 individuals. Monarchs
are also moving in fair numbers.
