[texbirds] Flammulated Owl still present

The Flammulated Owl was at the SPI Convention Center both yesterday evening
around 5:40 (big thanks to Scarlet Colley for having it scoped up and all
her care for the bird and tis habitat!) and this morning at around 10:00
(thanks to the birders who had it scoped up). My Subtropical Ornithology
class was able to see it, as well as many other of the classic coastal
birds in good light and comfortable weather--what more could you want?
