The two young eaglets near Dinero, Live Oak County are getting ready to take
their first flight. Â Less than a half-mile away at our home in Buckeye Knoll
we saw the pair of White-tailed Kites land in a tree in the park across the
street. Â Twice before we had seen them flying that way with prey in their
talons. Â Probably a nest in that giant oak but cannot find it. Â Also, had
bluebirds in the house they used last year. Â Also, found a nest hole with
Black-crested Titmice going in and out.A hand full of buff bellied, ruby throats
and black chins have showed up the past few daysBeautiful day!!Joel and Vicki
