[texbirds] FOS PURPLE MARTINS IN PEARLAND

I saw my latest ever FOS Purple Martins checking out an old PM house location
down the street from my house two days ago. They were a male and female PM.
The owners of the PM house tore it down last summer, and did not replace it.
Interestingly, one of my neighbors used to have several PM houses on their 2
acres of backyard; they tore them down 3 years ago, and replaced them with
several hanging gourd PM houses, but I have yet to see a PM near them.
My next door neighbor has one multi-hole PM house, but so far, no PMs have I
seen around that one.
