Why are Egyptian Goose being reported in eBird as Rare Bird Alert for Texas in comal county? In MY opinion there are now invasive or even feral and I've seen several big flocks (3 to 22 birds at a time) on the shores of Canyon Lake over several years now. I guess I can see people reporting the sightings for listing on their personal list but it doesn't seem to me that these are now rare birds and show up as Rare Birds of Texas. Oh well...
