[texbirds] Drought

How has the exceptional drought affected migration in the Rio Grande Valley? I
see that municipal water supplies are in dire straits too.
2011 drought was horrible here, but amazingly, we added 13 new species, which I
assumed to be birds moving to areas with water and we still had some.
