Decided to hit Devine since we had a little shower and the wind changed to the
NE.

Most of the shorebirds seem to have gone. A few Least Sandipers remain but
there are much smaller numbers of Killdeer and no other Sandpipers or Yellow
Legs could be found. The Herons and Egrets remain. There were 40 Blue-winged
Teal.

The flycatchers seemed smaller in number as well. Only a handful of Eastern
Phoebe's, Scissor-tailed Flycatchers and only 2 Eastern Kingbirds compared to
the 10 I saw last week. I did refind the Great Crested Flycatcher I saw
yesterday.

There was one Yellow Warbler and a surprise American Restart (female). I also
had a small flock (8) of Blue Grosbeak on the way in the park. There were also
a large number of Lark Sparrows (20).

Happy Birding
