[texbirds] Decosta Swallow-tailed Kites

Had 2 birds flying very low just about 1/2 mi. east of Decosta this
morning...Also just of the co. line in Calhoun loads of migrating Black
Terns. Pretty slow otherwise. All the standing water has evaporated in
the fields now.
