[texbirds] Crested Caracara

A Crested Caracara was seen on Saturday at Hagerman National Wildlife
Refuge located near Sherman. It was mixed in with several Turkey and Black
Vultures and all were feeding on a dead wild hog. Very exciting and a
first for me.
