Brush, I have not seen any this year and participated in 3 Gulf Coast CBCs with none reporting Brown Creeper. Apparently, a few about but slim pickings. Any hypothesis? Last year we had lots of Red-breasted Nuthatch and these also are few and far between this year. However, I think this species is more irruption than Brown Creeper.
